Job Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site – Columbia, MD OR Melbourne, FL
Pay: $120,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Experience: 5+ years
Education:  BSEE or BSCE required; MSEE or MSCE preferred
Clearance: At a minimum candidates must be considered clearable or cleared. US citizenship required.

Required Capabilities and Experience

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

• Design and develop high-performance FPGA architectures that power cutting-edge systems.
• Masterfully optimize and implement FPGA solutions to achieve maximum efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with top-tier software and hardware engineers to integrate FPGAs into complex, mission-critical applications.
• Dive deep into verification, testing, and validation – because perfection isn’t just a goal, it’s the only option.
• Stay at the bleeding edge of FPGA technologies, tools, and architectures – a pioneer in a constantly evolving landscape.

What We Seek:

• A mind as sharp as your Verilog/VHDL skills.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing FPGA solutions like no other.
• A master of Xilinx, Intel, or Lattice toolchains, with the ability to bend them to your will.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed communication protocols, DSPs, and SoCs. Because average won’t cut it here.
• The ability to thrive under pressure, take risks, and succeed where others have failed.
• You dream in gate arrays and think in clock cycles.

Bonus Points If:

• You’ve created solutions for complex, high-stakes systems like aerospace, defense, or supercomputing.
• You love solving puzzles that make even the most seasoned engineers break a sweat.
