Important In-Person Class Information

You’re signed up for an in-person class. We have some important information you need prior to your class start date.

Below is information for you to read before your training event. This information will help you make the most out of your class experience. Please review and confirm you have read the information.

In-Person Classroom Policies

Students’ active participation throughout contributes to a better learning experience. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions.
Students may not use recording devices during the training.
BLT provides computer work stations in our classroom for you to use. Materials are already set up on the machines for you.
Classrooms are designed to seat the maximum number of students and are set up for 2 students to 1 computer. To maximize learning time, you will be sharing a computer with another student.

Class Materials

BLT will provide a PDF course book and a PDF lab book (two total books) on your classroom work station.
We will also email you the PDFs of the books prior to your class. Check your email and make sure you received your PDFs.
You are welcome to print out the PDFs we emailed to you and bring them with you to class if you would like physical copies.
BLT provides notepads and pens. You may bring any other materials you find useful for class.

Food / Beverages

Coffee, tea, water and sodas will be provided.
A continental breakfast will be available each morning, starting at 8:45am.
Lunch will be brought in. You will be able to select from a menu.
We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate any special dietary needs.

Weather Policies

Depending on the time of year when your class takes place, there may be the potential of inclement weather. BLT takes the safety of our students and instructors seriously. We will postpone your training, if needed, due to inclement weather (ex. a snowstorm).
During the winter when snow is a possibility, BLT may request the best way to contact you prior to your class in case we need to postpone.
